My Butterfly

There are days where I break down and cry in the most random places, and it is funny because never before did I notice butterflies as often as I do now, but one always seems to flutter by when I get upset or when a tear trickles down my cheek. Dad always said it broke his heart to see me cry, and it was his big hugs and ability to make me laugh that always dried up my tears. You know what’s crazy? His ability to still dry up my tears; because when I see that butterfly, I know it is him and there is nothing that could put a bigger smile on my face.
